I cannot thank Nicky enough from that first initial phone call to picking up my boy Rox the same day and then a message to say he’s ready to come back home the following day has made us feel so happy that the process was so straight forward I would recommend Nicky at peaceful paws to anyone whose sadly lost a loving pet 🐾🐾🐾

Thankyou so much Nicky for being so caring, understanding and sympathetic and compassionate when I suddenly lost my beloved French lop marmalade in the early hours of that morning. I rang you in bits and you were very understanding and told me to take a breath and take my time. You even offered to come and collect him from my house, but I brought him to you. You were very respectful and caring and I felt you would look after him and give him a dignified send off. I collected his ashes the following day from you. We recently lost our wonderful Cairn Terrier, Ollie. Nicky,s kindness, patience and compassion were to the for both on the phone and in person. The peaceful setting Nicky’s resting place provides meant We were totally confident that we had made the right choice for Ollies final journey and left him in the care of someone who so obviously loves animals. She arranged the same day collection of our beloved cat, and we we're able to collect her from Nickys' beautiful premises the following day. We recently said goodbye to our beloved dog after 10 years. Nicky collected her from the vets for us and we had her back home the next day; Nicky was so compassionate and caring throughout this difficult time and put such care into arranging the room for us to come and collect her.

A wonderful, stress free service that Nicky provided us after our oldest and sweetest cat Smudge had to be put to sleep. It really did break our hearts but Nicky was so understanding and compassionate with how she dealt with me, how swiftly she dealt with the collection and cremation too. She guided us through what we wanted beforehand and the beautiful job she did with his paw print brought tears to our eyes. It's was a horrible few days after we lost him but having him home where he belongs in such a swift manner has brought us peace and comfort and I will be forever grateful.
A really superb addition to the area and I can't recommend Nicky and Peaceful Paws enough.

I attended the open day and it was lovely. Whilst I hope I don’t need to use her services any time soon, I’ll definitely be contacting her when I do… I know it’s hard for people who don’t have pets to understand but the guarantee that you are receiving your pet back is really reassuring!

I can't thank Nicky enough for the care and compassion she showed when we lost our wonderful cat, Lilly, last week. She did everything with the utmost respect and gave us the time we needed to say goodbye before we collected her ashes the following day. She was wonderful with my 5yo daughter and listened to her stories about lilly, and she showed my husband how things work when he asked to look. Nothing was too much trouble. Thank you Nicky.
